What have I (Jen), been doing lately?
I finally got my Janome back, after waiting for a unusual spare part, which had to be shipped from the moon....She was away for a couple of months.
I have a lot of projects left from our Market Stall days.
I've been thinking of up-cycling .
Zai is in his 'little house' and waiting for hot water to be connected. He's so happy.
My sewing room is waiting for a good clean up, organize and throw out. My sewing shed is the size of 3 cars.
So, I've been working on making simple shopping bags from curtains I bought from Temo last year.
I've lined the fabric with top-pop, which is a thinner plain version of poplin. I use a lot of top-pop to strengthen most of my sewing projects. Including my aprons, which I will introduce in near future.
