Oh heyyyy! How are you!? I miss you, AND owe you an apology… The amount of times I have had started a message like that to a close friend is not even funny 🙈 And here I am doing the same for all of you guys. I needed a mini to myself (well to me, my fam, work and other things lol) so I took a mini. I was really hoping to do a cookie drop for you guys last week, but the day before I was going to open the preorder I changed my mind… coz I still needed a mini 😂 IYKYK. It has been a whole month since I have done a big bake, and in that time I have been preoccupied with work things and planning a much anticipated holiday for my little fam. We head off soon for a trip to Vietnam - one that we are so very excited and grateful to be doing 🙏✈️ Buuuut, when we get back I PROMISE our next cookie drop won’t be far! I know some of ya’ll are hanging for a fix 😂🍪 My husband and kids are too - you aren’t the only ones that have missed out on our delicious cookies recently 🙊 I genuinely hope you have all been well, sorry for the lack of interaction whilst I reset and focussed my energy where I had to over the last few weeks, but I can’t wait to get baking for you super soon! 🖤 X

Many of you got to meet my beautiful friend Bec yesterday. Bec is one of those friends that you feel unworthy of, wondering how you are lucky enough to have them in your life. She’s a gorgeous shining light that I love and appreciate very much ✨ She’s also a busy working Mama, who kindly and willingly gave up her entire day yesterday - without me even having a choice in the matter! If I said no, she would have been there anyway 😂🙏 Whilst I’m technically a one woman show, help like this, or chocolate chopping by my son, or endless running around getting what I need by my husband, or help labelling packets from my Mum (thanks for popping in the other night Mum!), all make a big difference - and I’m just so grateful 🖤 Thankyou for your unwavering support and kindness my darling Bec! X

EDIT: SOLD OUT 🫶🏻 Hello beautiful people! Huge thanks to everyone who came out and supported as at Oceanfest today 🙏 I’m exhausted! Haha: I was planning to sell any remaining cookies at Shalom Market tomorrow, but I physically just don’t have it in me this week, friends! SO, I’ve just decided to sell what is left in mixed packs of 6 for just $20 for pick up tomorrow instead. Our cookie cupboard will be operational, so you can come and collect any time tomorrow that suits you. GRAB YOURSELF A COOKIE BARGAIN, TELL A FRIEND, and send me a message to order! 🖤🙏🍪 PS. They freeze and thaw beautifully, so this is a great opportunity to pop some away for future snacking at a bargain price!

One sleep til Oceanfest, and cookies are definitely loading! You guys, I’m not going to lie, this week has been huge - I’m not sure I will attempt to make this many cookies at once again (well certainly not for a Saturday event when I work full time also 😅). But I set myself a challenge and I am no quitter! Please come say hi tomorrow, buy a cookie or two, and forgive the bags under my eyes 🫠😂 See you tomorrow with the sourdough cookies you’ve been waiting for 🖤

This is a bit exciting!!! 🤗 NALU Bakes will be at Oceanfest Bundaberg next Saturday, 29th August, out at the Port Marina at Burnett Heads - come say hi and get your cookie fix, grab some fresh seafood, enjoy some incredible live music, and support other local businesses while the whole family has a great day out! 🍪 We are making more cookies than we have ever made - 4 times as many as our last market 🤯 But I still think you’re going to have to get in quick because once they’re gone, they’re gone! See you next Saturday! 🖤
