Today was a good day!
I had the privilege of baking for this great project, The Spring Cake Fair, in support of the Alexander’s Wish foundation.
Great to see the amount of cakes donated doubled from last year!
This year I made my famous Orange Cake with Creamcheese frosting again (same as last year) - cake decor inspired by the orange blossom tree 🍊
I also donated a Lemon Raspberry Cake wiith Creamcheese icing - a definite new favorite in our home.
Thank for allowing me to be apart of this amazing project and thank you to each and every person who came out in the rain to show your support to this amazing family and group of people who started this project to raise awareness for Kids with Cancer!
