Today, 7 Crows Baking Co. honors the lives lost, the heroes who answered the call, and the unbreakable spirit of togetherness that followed. Holding our community, first responders, and loved ones in our hearts today and always.

Darkness never tasted so sweet. 🥀✨

Meet The Hollow: pumpkin spice, crunchy streusel, and rich caramel drizzle—crafted for the spooky season.

Born from our love of classic folklore and crisp autumn nights, our newest fall addition is directly inspired by one of our favorite ghost stories: The Legend of Sleepy Hollow.

The Hollow is a decadent pumpkin spiced cookie topped in a crumbly cinnamon streusel and drenched in a homemade caramel sauce.

This is one spooky treat that'll have you coming back for more.
