Hey Friends!! Happy Almost Thanksgiving! I have just finished sorting out my baking schedule with your orders for the next few weeks and have room for a few more desserts. If you have not placed your order yet and want to get one in then let me know.

Bundt cakes $30, Pumpkin marble or Vanilla Cheesecake $35, Carrot layer cake w cream cheese icing or Chocolate layer cake with chocolate icing $45

I’ve been a busy baker lately and haven’t posted pics….here are a few recent treats.

P.S. I have about 2 cups of cream cheese icing leftover and am feeling the need for some cinnamon rolls, that’s gonna jack my sugar up for sure!!

I’ve been making mostly “normal” old fashioned cakes lately so this Black Walnut cake with Caramel Buttercream really stands out! My friend Diane is gonna love it!!

Let me know if you have a craving for an old fashioned cake just let me know. Carrot, strawberry, lemon, chocolate, bundt cakes, etc…..

So, I haven’t posted a list of dessert offerings for Christmas because so many of you contacted me directly to order. I have just planned out my week and I decided that I can get a few more cakes, cupcakes, and cheesecakes in. Just send me a note on messenger and I can get you on the list.

I will also be making a very limited quantity of wedding / snowball cookies. The bite sized round pecan shortbread-ish cookies covered in powdered sugar. These are $7 per dozen.

Layer cakes $40
Cheesecakes $30
Cupcakes 2 doz $35

Cake flavors: carrot, strawberry, german chocolate, yellow w/ chocolate frosting, Italian cream, etc.

Cheesecake flavors: NY, strawberry swirl, raspberry swirl, German chocolate, etc

Ended up having an extra if anyone is interested $25. Call me at 904-759-1503. And….I’m headed to grab some dinner so I can even meet somewhere between Yulee and Fernandina while I’m out.

Turned out to be a pineapple upside down kinda day after a cupcake kinda week….

Happy Thanksgiving to Everyone and thanks to so many of you for letting me prepare some of your desserts that you shared at your family feast. I am thankful for all of you! Now everyone to the recliner to settle in for the last turkey coma of the night.

Busy weekend leading into a busy week…just got the last cake of the day to its new home. Pictured here Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake, Lemon Blueberry layer cake with lemon filling, and the Good Ole Pumpkin Bundt Cake. Many more delicious desserts going out to make Thanksgiving just a little sweeter. And don’t we all have so much to be Thankful for!!

These two cakes were awarded 10 out of 10 in a recent survey. I am told they were amazing. Get your order in by 8:00 tonight for Thanksgiving desserts…. And the chocolate on chocolate layer cake, and the chocolate peanut butter layer cake, and the cheesecake, and the…..well, you get the idea.
