Fall officially begins tomorrow, and we couldn’t think of a better way to welcome the season than with a brand-new Cozy Season Menu!

We’re bringing back some of your classic favorites, along with some fun NEW items that are perfect for the cozy months ahead and all of the upcoming holiday gatherings. From warm, comforting flavors to a few special seasonal treats, we’ve been having so much fun putting this menu together!

🍊🍦 Orange Creamsicle Sourdough 🍦🍊

This loaf is such a special one! It starts with our signature organic sourdough base that everyone says is THE BEST 😆 then we fold in creamy white chocolate chips and our organic orange marmalade made with cane sugar and real oranges — peel and all!

The combination creates a slightly sweet, bright citrus flavor with creamy pockets of white chocolate throughout. And somehow, it really does have that faint, nostalgic taste of an orange creamsicle! 🍊🍦

This limited-edition loaf has that little something extra that gives it a specialty pastry vibe without being overly sweet. One lovely customer described it as “delectable,” and honestly… we couldn’t agree more. 🤍🧡

Bright, creamy, citrusy and completely unique — Orange Creamsicle is one of those loaves we were so excited to showcase this summer!

Our Pineapple Pizza Sourdough 🍍🍕 was one of our limited summer flavors, and honestly… it was one of my absolute favorites!

We worked hard to make this one taste just like the real deal, starting with our special herb & spice blend, whole mozzarella cheese chunks for those delicious gooey pockets, and just a touch of sweetness from the pineapple.

All of that goodness is baked into our organic sourdough vessel — soft and chewy on the inside, perfectly crispy on the outside. 🤤

We are SO proud of this one! It was definitely a summer favorite around here, and we’re already missing it! 🍍🍕❤️

WE’RE GETTING BACK TO BAKING! 🍞🤎

Look at all this beautiful organic sourdough taking over our entire counter! 😍 We definitely missed this! There’s just something about a table full of dough that makes my heart happy.

We have SO much coming your way at Slow Rise Sourdough Bakery, including an exciting announcement for a new POP-UP MARKET at the end of the month and a brand-new FALL MENU coming soon! 🍂

But first, we have to give our summer menu its moment. ☀️ Our wacky summer flavors were a HUGE hit, and we are so grateful for every loaf, every order, and every person who supported us this summer.

We truly believe every bit of success is God-given, and we’re so thankful He continues to bless this little bakery. 🙏🏻

Now it’s time to celebrate summer one last time… and then bring on ALL the cozy fall flavors and fun new drops! 🍁

Just checking in, since it’s been a while! 👋

July 12th was our most successful pop-up market at Alma Coffee so far! We sold more sourdough than EVER before, and my best helper was so excited to sell her handmade jewelry and soaps for the very first time — which were a big hit! We also met many wonderful people and had a fun day chatting, connecting, and sharing our love of sourdough with everyone who stopped by and supported us. 🫶🏼

We couldn’t wait to come home to our sweet dog, Zara. Her “welcome home” greetings were always the best and filled us with so much joy, no matter how long or exhausting the day had been. Unfortunately, that day was different. She was not doing well at all, and that evening we were forced to say goodbye to our precious girl after 11 years of unconditional love. 🐾💔🐕

Zara was such a huge part of our little family, and she will never be forgotten. We cherish the countless special memories we made with her, and when the loss feels especially heavy, we remind ourselves just how blessed we were to have her for 11 wonderful years. We thank God for entrusting her to us and are eternally grateful for every moment we were given with her. ❤️

We’ve taken some time off since then to grieve and, in the middle of a busy summer with plenty of ups and downs, we’ve needed some time to regroup. But we’ll be back soon! Thank you so much for your continued support, patience, and love for Slow Rise Sourdough Bakery. It means more to us than you know. 💙🩵🙏🏼

Summer is officially here, and we’re kicking it off with our new summer menu! Fresh, bright, and made for slow mornings and sunny days.

Yesterday marked the summer solstice—the longest day of the year—and we’re stepping fully into summer with gratitude and light. We hope you all had a wonderful Father’s Day yesterday, celebrating the dads and father figures who mean so much. We’re also grateful for our Heavenly Father, whose love and guidance never fail 💙
