I told my kids that I was making sugar cookies, a new recipe without icing. 2 of my 3 children were not interested. However, they saw them fresh out of the oven and had to try them. It's safe to say that this recipe is a keeper! Oh, and they are dairy free!!

School is out, so I have time to cook for my family again! I cooked 2 nights in a row, and my son was shocked and asked if this would be a regular thing. I told him it would be like this until the end of July. Last night was baked ziti made with homemade sauce and meatballs. I also made homemade breadsticks with garlic butter. It's so nice being at home!!
