Another busy day in the Bellanini kitchen! ❤️

As if that wasn’t exciting enough, something happened today that’s never happened before. While cracking eggs for our biscotti, we found TEN double-yolk eggs in one carton of 60 eggs! 🥚🥚

We’ve been baking for a long time and have never seen anything like it. Around here, we’re choosing to believe that’s a whole lot of good luck headed our way! 🍀

Thank you for keeping us busy, for supporting our family business, and for helping us share a little piece of our family’s Italian tradition with every bag of biscotti we bake.

Hundreds of bags of biscotti are packed and ready to go! 🇮🇹❤️

We brought a huge shipment for a trade show kicking off June 9th, where buyers from stores all across the country will be sampling Bellanini biscotti and looking for new products to bring into their shops.

It’s a little surreal to think that my Great-Nona’s recipe from Lucca, Italy could soon be finding its way into even more stores and homes across America. We are incredibly grateful for every opportunity, every order, and every person who has helped us get to this point.

Now we’re keeping our fingers crossed that the buyers love our biscotti as much as our customers do! 🤞✨

Gluten-Friendly and Back in Stock! 🍋☕

The ovens have been busy today! We’re happy to share that our gluten-friendly favorites are back in stock, including Pucker Up 🍋 and Joe Momma ☕. We were also almost sold out of our gluten-friendly OG Bella, so we baked a fresh batch of that too!

One of the things that makes us happiest is being able to offer biscotti to customers who avoid gluten but still want to enjoy a delicious treat with their coffee, tea, or favorite beverage. Everyone deserves great biscotti. ❤️

We are going to miss seeing everyone at the Shops of Dunwoody Market today. ❤️ Unfortunately, Kyle is feeling under the weather, along with the expected rain moving through the area, so we will not be there this morning.

We will be back next Sunday from 9am–1pm and cannot wait to see everyone then! ☀️
