"The Dough Connection” was established in 1996 by it's founder Mark Pesaturo and has been a family owned business ever since. After owning a successful restaurant for over 20 years, Mark decided that he needed to do more for the aspect of the business that he holds so much passion for, the art of creating Pizza. Mark, the owner of "The Dough Connection" was exposed to dough manufacturing since he

was only 11 years old while working in his father’s restaurant. To say that Dough is simply his passion would be an understatement. When a client or friend spends just five minutes with him, they are completely convinced that Mark's product is the most important and amazing product that there is. Mark and The Dough Connection puts this focus into every ounce of product before it leaves the factory. Quality, consistency, fair pricing, and service are what’s made this growing enterprise the premier company of it’s type. Mark's passion is obvious when one sees that he is in the factory every day making sure that his stable, highly trained workforce are taking absolutely no shortcuts in the manufacturing process. With a founder with as much care for the product as Mark, it is virtually impossible for our company to leave any client disappointed. However, the product is only half of what makes this company exceptional. The other half of this company is our meticulous attention to our service. Meeting the clients needs timely and on a daily basis is something that is such a regular part of our routine that we search for ways to go above and beyond. What happens if a customer gets an unexpected large order, and needs an emergency delivery? With The Dough Connection they can be comfortable and completely assured that their needs will be met by the Dough Connection’s "Fast Response Team", without ever having the slightest concern that we would compromise the quality of our product.
