Cold foam fans, this oneโ€™s for you! Returning for our fall menu, the Sweet Potato Cap is our housemade sweet potato syrup shaken with espresso, poured over ice, then topped with a fluffy maple foam and a dusting of spices. This drink falls on the sweeter side, but has that subtle sweet potato base that evens out the flavors when stirred.

Our salute to the beloved Trader Joe's Speculoos spread, this latte combines the essence of buttery Belgian biscuits with an undertone of warm spices that feels just right for October. Available in all sizes, both hot and iced.

We had a great visit with Will Shurtz ( Will Shurtz ), one of the founders of Methodical Coffee ( Methodical Coffee ). We love working with Methodical because their coffee is so perfectly delicious, and a nice side benefit is having such a kind friend to do business with. Roger (my beagle) agrees!
