Hi y’all! Quick note, update, and HARRY POTTER WEEKEND!

Real talk: when Mom and I closed up the storefront last fall, we knew we would never open another physical bakery location and we knew that we didn’t want to keep the Tart Sweets name. That chapter was officially closed and it was time to move on to bigger, greener pastures filled with more family time, a little less stress, and way more laughter. We are so grateful to still be here and typing this note... as Camel City Confections!

And now, finally:
- Popups will be announced here and on Instagram. Preorders will be online only through our site. * Harry Potter weekend is 7/30-7/31 so order now (link in comments). *
- We will begin wholesaling to our sister store, Camel City Coffee, in August 2021. More to come on that.
- We are no longer accepting custom orders or weddings. If you’d like a referral, please let us know and we’ll be happy to connect you with another fantastic local bakery to fit your style and needs.
- Need dessert catering or event favors? Get in touch with us and we can go over available options. We are working on a set catering menu to eliminate any confusion.

Our Story

We bake daily from scratch in small batches to ensure the highest quality product. We always use local fruits and veggies, when possible. Our vanilla and vanilla beans are real Madagascar vanilla. We use several brand of coverture chocolate and cocoa powder as each brand has its different applications. We bake with butter, cane sugar, hand-cracked eggs, and all-purpose flour. In our kitchen, real ingredients are the only ingredients you will find. Our in store items vary daily but we always have an assortment of french macarons, stuffed cookies, layer cakes, bar cookies, and breakfast items. We do not carry each and every flavor daily - the flavors rotate out throughout the weeks. We are happy to pull items for you over the phone and set them aside for later pickup. ** Our kitchen uses nuts on a daily basis. If you have a nut allergy, please note that even nut-free products may contain traces of nuts and/or nut oils. If you have a tree nut allergy, we GRIND and bake with ALMONDS on a daily basis - the particles may be airborne. **
