I have waited a bit to post this out of complete anger and frustration.
As I’ve said before, all orders must be prepaid. I will NO LONGER budge on this.
Unfortunately, it won’t matter who you are. I was nice enough to accept an order months ago & we would work out details due to head counts etc. evidently someone else was used for that order. I am a planner. I buy things when I see them, I stock up, I have extra on hand so you don’t have to stress when you have an extra few RSVP’s last minute.
As much as I like to help and be nice, this is a business, this is my money, my time & I will not be accepting ANY orders without payment. Absolutely no exceptions.
Will I loose customers? Probably, but that’s ok. If you can’t accept this policy, I’m sorry.
