This creamy Vanilla Cheesecake made with Homefree Vanilla Mini Cookies is the perfect Memorial Day weekend dessert — topped with strawberries + blueberries for an easy patriotic treat. 🇺🇸✨

Recipe highlights:
• Homefree Vanilla Mini Cookie crust
• Creamy vanilla cheesecake filling
• Gluten-free, egg-free, nut-free & soy-free
• Dairy-free + vegan optional

Quick recipe👇
1️⃣ Make the crust with crushed Homefree Vanilla Mini Cookies + melted butter.
2️⃣ Blend cream cheese, sour cream, sweetener, vanilla + arrowroot mixture until smooth.
3️⃣ Bake at 325° for 50–55 mins. Cool slowly in oven.
