Today June 10, 2023 was my oldest son’s High School Graduation Party. He asked me to go all out! It was a joint party at his friends house. What a great day!

Today is MY Birthday! This is a pretty basic cake and not crazy decorated but it’s one of my very favorites! Strawberry Whipped Cream Cake. Vanilla sponge cake filled with fresh strawberries and covered in fresh whipped cream icing. Yumm!

Tomorrow is somehow my oldest son’s 17th Birthday??!! We are having a bit of a gathering today to celebrate. The bottom is 1/2 vanilla 1/2 chocolate covered in peanut butter buttercream and the stop is a brown sugar vanilla cake filled with edible cookie dough iced in a brown sugar buttercream.

My husband’s Birthday is tomorrow he didn’t want a fancy cake if fact he had a hard time picking a flavor. So what he finally decided on was a chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream. I of course because I love it I added ganache! Yumm!

My youngest loves whoopie pies so this year he asked for one large whoopie pie for his birthday! I had to dress it up a bit with a layer of chocolate ganache, yumm! It’s not that pretty but classic chocolate whoopie pie is still super yummy!

My mom and I share a birthday (June 14th). My mom’s cake is lemon blueberry cake filled with lemon curd iced in lemon buttercream and topped with homemade blueberry filling. Mine is vanilla with vanilla buttercream and decorated with red white and blue since June 14th is Flag Day. 🇱🇷
