The purpose of this page is to create an outlet to showcase my work and artistry. At Chelsea's Custom Confections, our goal is to not only make a beautiful cake, but a decadent one as well. Chelsea works one on one with every client to create an edible work of art that satisfies the eyes and taste buds. Everything is handmade and fresh to order with every ounce of dedication. rations are available and everything is customizable to each individual. Chelsea's Custom Confections aims to create that amazingly unique treat for all occasions. Quality cakes, wedding and tiered cakes, cupcakes, decorated shortbread cookie and more is Chelsea's specialty. Call or email for product information and to order any specialty baked item. All orders require at least a week notice (tiered cakes usually require more notice). Available for calls Monday- Saturday 9:30-5:30!

Happy Halloween! This creepy cake is made to look like bloody skin stitched together. It reminds me so much of the Sanderson spell book from Hocus Pocus. While it looks gross, it is anything but. The top tier is apple cider spice cake with caramel buttercream. The middle tier is carrot cake with cream cheese filling. The bottom tier is vanilla cake with cookies and cream filling and cookie dough.

I usually stick to cakes but when my friends ask me to make them a dessert bar for their wedding I have to say yes! This adorable dessert table is filled with goodies like s’mores, Rice Krispie hearts, pie pops and cookies. Plus I got to embrace my inner nerd by making them a lightsaber and elder wand fondant cake topper. Congratulations to Cassie Prudhomme and Alex Prudhomme. I’m so happy for you both!
