The walk-in got an upgrade and all the shelves got a deep clean!

Mr. Boppy spent the weekend re-insulating this for me, deep cleaning the shelves, and putting it all back together. I literally couldn’t run this business without his support.

More shelves are next on the agenda. This step allows for an expansion of products, and we couldn’t be more excited!

Summer farmer’s Market season is upon us!

I hit the Concord Farmers' Market, NH after strawberry picking at Rossview Farm this morning.

What a bounty!!

Some of these things will make it into breads and scones for the Candia Farmers Market next Saturday.

Stay tuned - I’ll have sneak peaks of what will be at the market. AND pre-orders go live later today for both farm pickup and Candia Market pickup.

So…. Who has guesses? What will find their way into bread, focaccia, scones, bagels, or English muffins next weekend???

What are you doing with this week’s sourdough??

Move over avocado toast, make room for goat cheese!

Featuring our newest flavor loaf, olive!

Olive sourdough
Goat cheese - this is actually truffle goat cheese that I bought accidentally, but it pairs really well!
Vanilla fig preserves (made here on the farm)
Topped with some Dame’s Rocket flowers that have been finding their way into my salads.

So. Good.

What happens when you accidentally dump raisins in the wrong batch?

You roll with it and create a new flavor!

Introducing: Oatmeal Cookie Sourdough.

This is our Honey Oat, but with raisins. Not as sweet as a cookie, but with honey AND raisins, definitely a bit sweeter than our typical loaf.

So those of you that get a loaf, let me know what you think! Should it stay or was it a one time “oops”?

I kept a loaf and I think it made really nice toast.
