Piña colada bread!
Guys!! I made this for the senior center today. 21 ➕ This is a sourdough loaf but I added pineapple juice, coconut flakes and coconut extract, (I was pressed for time I cheated too, and used 1/4tsp of yeast to move things along) and baked this loaf but then I iced it with a coconut rum frosting and sweetened coconut. 🌴 this is a masterpiece. My piña colada sourdough bread.

Cinnamon rolls take me 3 days to make starting with my active bubbly starter. I’ve broken down my process and this is mixing the dough before letting it ferment overnight.

How I like to eat my breads
Fresh out of the oven! If I can get you your sourdough treats warm or hot, that’s the best.
♨️Air fry! I cut a slice of focaccia and pop it in the air fryer for 5 min at 350. Warms it up, toasts the edges, and I dip in tomato sauce
🍞toaster. I slice an entire loaf of bread and freeze it, then toast 1 piece a day for breakfast
🥯 Grill it- butter those bagels, butter that bread and grill them on your stovetop. Highly recommend for your muffins too you’ll feel like you’re in a fancy restaurant.
👩🍳 Oven! You can always warm up the entire pan of rolls in the oven. 350 degrees for 10 minutes should do the trick.
Microwave. If I have a single cinnamon roll, I’ll pop it in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Brings it back to gooey beginning.
