We’re taking a little break from all the fall flavors this week and keeping things a little more classic (with a sprinkle of fun)! 🩷

🎉 FUNFETTI CHEESECAKE — Cake batter-flavored cheesecake loaded with rainbow sprinkles, a sprinkle-loaded graham cracker crust, MORE sprinkles on top, and a sweet whipped cream topping! Basically, happiness in cheesecake form! 🌈

🍓 NEW ENGLAND CHEESECAKE — A classic vanilla cheesecake with a graham cracker crust and sweet sour cream topping, served with a fruit sauce on the side!

📍 Singing Butcher Shoppe: BOTH flavors available Thursday at 10 AM!

📍 County Line Market: Only ONE flavor will be making an appearance this week!

🍰✨ THIS WEEK’S CHEESECAKE FLAVORS ARE A LITTLE DIFFERENT! ✨🍰

I’m switching things up this week and bringing you TWO flavors that are a little outside my usual lineup… and y’all, I think you’re going to LOVE these! 😍

🍫 CANNOLI CHEESECAKE
This one is SO unique and delicious! Made with ricotta cheese AND mascarpone cheese, topped with a sweet mascarpone cream, sprinkled with chocolate chips, and finished with a dusting of powdered sugar. 🤤 It’s basically cannoli and cheesecake had a baby! 😂❤️

🍂 CARAMEL PUMPKIN SPICE BLONDIE STREUSEL
This one is FALL in a cheesecake! 🎃🍁
A pumpkin spice blondie base topped with a creamy no-bake cheesecake layer spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger & clove. Then we sprinkle on a crunchy spiced streusel topping and finish it ALL with a drizzle of caramel sauce. 😍🤎

And the best part… BOTH flavors are available this week!

🚨 COUNTY LINE FRIENDS — YES, I KNOW I’M LATE TODAY! 😂🚨

I promise I haven’t forgotten about you! I’ll be at County Line around NOON today. ❤️

I’ve just been crazy busy in the bakery getting all these slices packed up… and after you see what I’m bringing this week, I think you’ll forgive me. 😉🍰

This week’s lineup is 🔥:

🎃🍫 Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
Oreo crust + pumpkin cheesecake with chocolate chips baked in, covered in chocolate ganache, chocolate whipped cream, mini chocolate chips, and finished with a mellowcreme pumpkin. 🎃

🍎🍯 Caramel Apple Blondie Cheesecake
NO crust on this one! The bottom is a caramel apple blondie — think brownie texture, but caramel flavored with bits of apple — topped with caramel cheesecake and diced cooked apples. Then cinnamon whipped cream and a caramel drizzle. 🤤

AND… I brought TWO NEW CAKE POP FLAVORS! 👀

🍪 Cookies & Cream
🍫💚 Chocolate Pistachio

Y’all… these are GOOD. Like, you’re going to want more than one good. 😂

📋✨ THE OFFICIAL BEST SELLERS PRICE SHEET IS HERE! ✨📋

Okay y’all… we’re making things a little more official around here! 😂 I’m publishing my Best Sellers Price Sheet for some of my most popular cheesecakes and cheesecake layered cakes. 💕🍰

And before I say anything else… CHANCE DESERVES A HUGE ROUND OF APPLAUSE FOR THIS ONE! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

He has spent the last TWO DAYS entering formulas into Microsoft Excel, crunching numbers, figuring out costs, and basically making my crazy bakery brain make sense on paper. 😂 He worked SO hard on this, and I genuinely couldn’t have gotten this price list together without him. ❤️

So everybody give Chance a big THANK YOU in the comments! 🥰 He has been absolutely amazing, and I appreciate him more than he knows.

These prices are where I’m setting things for now, so you can have a better idea of what to expect when you’re planning your next Three Wishes order!

Of course, there are a couple of things that can still wiggle a little… Mainly produce prices and fuel costs. 🍓⛽️

And speaking of fuel… if you’d like me to deliver your order, I will have to add a delivery fee moving forward. I love being able to bring your goodies straight to you, but I also have to make sure I’m not losing money every time I make a delivery. 😅❤️ If you are local to Steelville, I can deliver for free on Thursdays when I make my weekly drop.

I’ll be reviewing and updating this price list as needed (because we all know grocery prices like to keep us on our toes 😂), but for now, this is where my prices stand!

🍎 APPLE PIE CHEESECAKE 🍎
Imagine a creamy vanilla cheesecake with diced, perfectly cooked apples layered throughout AND piled right on top, all sitting on a buttery graham cracker & walnut crust. It’s finished with a gorgeous oat crumble browned to perfection. 🤤

Basically… apple pie and cheesecake decided to get together and make something absolutely ridiculous. 😂❤️

🤎 BROWNED BUTTER PECAN CHEESECAKE 🤎
This one is for the pecan lovers! A delicious spiced brown butter cheesecake with toasted pecans mixed right into the batter, sitting on a graham & pecan crust. It’s topped with a dollop of cinnamon whipped cream, even more toasted pecans, and a drizzle of caramel. 😍🌰🍮

I mean… COME ON. 🤤

I just delivered Pear Crumble Cheesecake AND Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake to County Line Market in Richland, and y’all… they are SO good. 😍

So if you’ve been thinking about grabbing a slice, this is your sign! Go over there, pick out your favorite, and treat yourself. 🥹❤️

But I also want to be real with you guys for a minute.

When I stopped in to restock today, I saw that I still had 7 slices left from my last drop. And honestly, that’s hard for me to sustain.

These cheesecakes take a LOT of time, ingredients, love, and work to make. I’m not making a huge profit on these slices, and when they aren’t selling, I have to seriously consider whether I can continue putting this much time and money into stocking them.

And I really, really don’t want to pull back. 😭

I LOVE seeing my cheesecakes sitting at County Line. I love knowing that someone can walk in, grab a slice, and experience something I poured hours into making. This little bakery means so much to me, and right now, your support means more than ever.

So if you’ve been wanting to try one… PLEASE go grab a slice. 🥹🍰

Fall has officially made its way into the bakery, and I am SO excited about this week’s lineup! 😍

🎃 PUMPKIN PIE CHEESECAKE
A buttery graham cracker crust topped with a layer of creamy vanilla cheesecake and a delicious layer of pumpkin pie! Then we’re finishing it off with a dreamy cinnamon whipped cream. 🤤
Basically… pumpkin pie and cheesecake decided they belonged together. And I agree. 😂🎃

🍐 ROASTED PEAR STREUSEL CHEESECAKE
Another buttery graham cracker crust, a creamy vanilla cheesecake filled with roasted spiced pears and streusel crumble throughout, then topped with even MORE roasted spiced pears and that delicious buttery streusel topping. 🍐

These two flavors are giving ALL the cozy fall vibes! 🍂🥧
