The calendar says September. Missouri says absolutely not. 😂☀️ But we’re bringing the cozy flavors anyway!

The Millyard Homestead Fall Menu is making its first appearance THIS SATURDAY at Storie Family Farms Market! 🤎

We’re bringing some of your regular homestead favorites along with a few fall goodies:

🍎 Mini Sourdough Apple Crisps
🎃 Sourdough Pumpkin Blondies
🥨 Sourdough Soft Pretzels
🍞 Fresh Sourdough Loaves & Sandwich Bread
🌶️ Fresh Mild Salsa

And because it may be fall in our hearts but it’s still approximately the surface of the sun outside 😂, we’ll have an ice-cold:

This salsa is fresh, crunchy, chunky, and tastes just like the garden. Every batch is made right here on the homestead, and this one has a mild heat — just enough to amp up the flavor profile without overpowering all that fresh garden goodness.

Perfect for tacos, chips, pairing with our sourdough, or putting on pretty much anything your heart desires. 🤤

The “BER” months have officially arrived, and we are SO excited for everything this season has in store at The Millyard Homestead! 🤎

It may be a casual 101° outside today 🥵😂, but that isn’t stopping us — our FALL MENU is making its first appearance at market THIS WEEKEND! 🍁🍎🎃

Meanwhile, the pumpkins are growing right here on the homestead, and we cannot WAIT until they’re ready to make their way from our patch to you. 🎃🌱

Market week is officially underway, the kitchen is about to smell like fall even if Missouri refuses to cooperate, and we are READY. 🤎

The Millyard Homestead kitchen is BUSY today getting everything baked, wrapped, and ready for market tomorrow! 🤎

Fresh sourdough loaves are coming out absolutely gorgeous, plus Sourdough Beer Bread and Sourdough Sandwich Bread are all getting packed up and ready to go.

There’s just something about a kitchen full of fresh bread that makes market prep day feel extra good. 🥖✨

No market for us this week, but we couldn’t leave you without a little Millyard Homestead update. 🐮🤎

Remember our sweet baby Bee, born right here on the homestead this spring?! Well… LOOK AT HER NOW. 😍

That gorgeous brindle coloring just keeps getting prettier, and she is growing like a w**d! Bee is doing wonderfully and is getting awfully close to weaning age. 🥹

Watching the babies we raise here grow up will forever be one of my favorite parts of this life. 🤎

We’ll miss seeing everyone at market this weekend, but we’ll be back soon! In the meantime, enjoy a little Bee cuteness from the homestead. 🐝🐮🌾

We have 3 handsome, homegrown boys at The Millyard Homestead ready to find their own flocks!

🐔 Gray Silkie — fluffy little gentleman
🐔 Old English Bantam — tiny but mighty
🐔 Japanese Bantam Mix — handsome little fella

Small removing fee 💰

All three were raised right here on the homestead and are ready for some new ladies to impress. 😂❤️
