Another loooooong day in the bakery. I JUST shut my oven off for the night. 😴

Let me tell y’all something, though.

I just spent 4 hours baking. Not counting making dough, weighing out each cookie, and doing dishes. JUST baking. (Probably actually 3-3.5 hours if you don’t count the time it took to assemble the s’mores cookies in between batches).

I ended up with 536 cookies total!!!🍪

You know how long baking that many cookies (ONLY BAKING, nothing else) would’ve taken me before I got the commercial oven? Roughly 8.5-9 hours!

I still spent all day in the bakery.
I still put love into each individual cookie.
My feet still hurt, don’t get me wrong.😬
However, I cut my actual bake time in half with the new oven. & for that, I am thankful. 🥰

P.S…. The birthday cake cookies are YUMMY! My husband says don’t add the frosting drizzle, though. That’s a debate we’ll have in the morning. 😆

****See you tomorrow if you’re picking up in Monmouth! I’ll be at Fareway @ 5 PM!🍪

As promised…here are the cookie platters for this weekend!

🍪PLEASE ORDER USING THIS LINK⬇️

🍪I am only taking orders for 40 platters! If the demand is higher, I’ll open another date for another round of orders!

🍪MUST be able to pick up at Monmouth Fareway on Sunday at 5 PM or else from me at West Central on Monday. *Locals, you may also pick up from my home in Wataga if you’d like! I AM NOT MAKING DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF FAREWAY AND WEST CENTRAL!

🍪Each platter comes with 1 dozen cookies. You get 4 Chocolate Chip cookies, 4 S’mores Cookies, & 4 Birthday Cake cookies! (Yes, they’re new.)

🍪For those of you who are new around here, my cookies are 4 oz and HUGE! (Hence the price…) All 3 flavors also freeze well!

🍪I will not consider comments under this post as orders. PLEASE use the link so I can keep everything organized.

🤎As always, I appreciate you!!! Thank you for keeping my baking dream alive.🤎

🍪🍪🍪IF YOU WANT COOKIES THIS WEEKEND, I NEED TO HEAR FROM YOU!!!🍪🍪🍪

Hit me with your opinions….

What SIZE(S) of cookie platters would you like to see? How many cookies per platter? 1 dozen? More? Less? A couple different size options?

I’m thinking of offering 3 or 4 flavors of cookie per platter. Each platter would be identical when it comes to flavors once I choose for sure which flavors I am/am not going to bake.

❗️I want to launch pre orders for these TOMORROW if there’s enough interest…..so you can test them out before the holidays! I’d have them ready by Sunday/Monday❗️

(ALL cookies I’m planning to include on the platter do freeze well if that helps!) 😬❄️

Let me know….🍪🍪🍪

****Just to clarify, this post is not a post to place orders on. I’ll make a separate post for that! 🥰
