ā—ļø I have two bowls of bread dough rising that are in need of a home once baked! They can be baked into a regular sourdough loaf, or I can add inclusions. I need to know by tonight before I cold proof them. They will be baked tomorrow. Henderson County- Iā€™ll be headed your way tomorrow afternoon. Let me know! ā—ļø

Gluten free people!!!

I cannot get the gluten free sourdough starter to get it together. Iā€™m not giving up, though! Establishing a starter from scratch takes awhile. Iā€™ll keep trying!

Howeverā€¦I do think I have a gluten free chocolate chip cookie ALMOST dialed in!šŸ¤žšŸ»šŸŖ
