••Einkorn/ Spelt Blend with Flax and Chia••

A blend of ancient grains and hard red wheat with chia and brown flax. Tender, slightly tighter crumb with a mild nutty flavor and delicate seed crunch.

Einkorn was the first domesticated wheat and is prized for its low glycemic index and high protein/ nutritional value. Great bread for people with digestion & blood sugar issues.

••Black Sesame Spelt••

A blend of hard spring red wheat and spelt. Stiff, yet soft crumb with good toastability. Sesame seed crust with big flavor.

Spelt is another ancient wheat species, sometimes known as "Farro" or "Dinkel". It is known for its nutty, barley-like flavor and superior nutritional value. High in protein, fiber and essential minerals.

Enclave will now be in operation Tuesday-Friday.

Next day delivery is now available on those days. Orders placed on Friday-Monday will have the option to select a delivery day for the following week.

Bread subscriptions are now available 🥖📦

Each subscription has the option to add extra loaves to it, and you can select the amount of months you would like to subscribe.

Automatically recurring payments are currently under construction; If you'd like to pay monthly for a longer subscription we can set up an invoice.
