A little update:
I have disabled messaging on Facebook purely because managing multiple inboxes only produces chaos for me. Email or phone is the only communication method I accept orders from as it allows me to keep the details organized which benefits you and me.
I understand an inquiry form can be annoying; however, it’s important to capture all of the details I need to provide the level of attention each order requires and deserves. It also contains my terms and conditions which protects you as the customer as well as me and my business.
My small business’s growth has been incredible and I’m so thankful for each and every one of you. I’m the only one behind the scenes handling social media, accounting, marketing, inventory, shopping, baking, decorating, scheduling, deliveries, my website, etc. so staying organized is the only way I can stay on top of all of it.
