Oh my goodness! Little Debbie is in the house! Someday I’ll do Swiss Cake Rolls…mmm!

See you tomorrow morning at 11 at Mann Family Dental in Wasilla. Find the roundabout for Bogard and Seldon and we’ll be in Dr. Mann’s parking lot, across from the Valley Country Store.

Plenty of fresh, homemade breads, pastries, cinnamon rolls, and cookies.

Don’t forget, we won’t be setting up for the first two weeks of October but the bread freezes very well - grab an extra for next week!

If you have a hankering for bread while we’re closed, Luis will be here and would love to bake for you 🍞😉.

One more trip to Costco before we close for the next 2-3 weeks.

We won’t be setting up Mann Family Dental the first two weeks of October for sure.

If you want sourdough bread during that time, Luis will be glad to fill your request so don’t hesitate to reach out! He especially loves making the Jalapeño Cheddar…🌶️🍞

A HUGE Alaska thank you to everyone who came out today and supported small business!

Sourdough freezes very well so grab an extra loaf next weekend and you’ll be stocked up while we’re closed. If you are interested in placing an order, Luis will be glad to bake for you as well.

I guess I spend a fair amount of time in the early morning of bake day waiting. It’s kind of like school…waiting for the bell to go off 😳. And all that gray hair, where did that come from?!

We’ve had a great bake day! By that I can only mean that two loaves are on the dark side. PHEW!! 🥳🥳

We will be at Mann Family Dental tomorrow morning, 11:00.

There are some great choices this week (Einkorn 🤩) and the blueberry cinnamon Chip smelled amazing!

The cranberry orange is looking good too 🍊🍊.

Look at these cuties! I have to work in getting the bottoms right, but they still taste the same!

Heads up - Luis will take on some bread duties while I’m gone BUT…he won’t be making 90 loaves and doing a Saturday set-up, that’s a lot for one person. If you would like some bread during the first couple weeks of October, just let us know (pre-order) and he will make it and meet you for pick up.
