Sometimes I wonder if I need my head examined 😂.

We had planned on going dipnetting this week but some plans don’t work out so we’re home. As a result, I came up with a great menu for this week!

Probably a little too ambitious but it keeps me out of trouble. 😉

We’ll be at Mann Family Dental Saturday morning. 11:00. Praying for great weather!

Probably some bagged cookies as well

OHH! - We’ll have free decorated cookies for the dads in honor of Father’s Day too!

The wind - we can’t fight it.
The rain - so thankful there was none.
The sun - it peeked at us a few times.
The people - you graced us with your presence.

A late in the day update - it was a day of ups and downs. Lots of good things happened in here today but I also ended up tossing several loaves and some scorched cinnamon rolls 😢. A day in the life!

We have some beautiful pastries again this week - Luis just keeps making them better! And he rolled out his Orange Swirl Loaf - it’s soooo good 🤗.

We’ll have French Butter Cookies, some S’more cookies and some Chocolate No Bakes too.

Cinnamon Honey Butter
Carmelized Onion

…and those are just the sourdough bread flavors!

This is a snippet of my day, almost 2.5 hours condensed to a few seconds, I hope you enjoy watching as I work 🤗.

I’ll add more to the list tomorrow when we close in on what we’re making. Sometimes things unfold as we go along 😉😉.

We will be out Saturday at Mann Family Dental about 11 - rain or shine.

Monster Cookies (small but tasty)

Luis will be making pastries for you tomorrow and there should be some cinnamon rolls and lemon rolls.

I think that’ll be sufficient!
