It's been two years since we've done a Sourdough Flight Night, but last time was an absolute blast!
The wine was flowin', the sourdough pairings were perfect and the patio was full of laughter and good vibes.

I love being able to partner up with another local, woman-owned business to do these fun pop-ups every month, and this one is a great way to wrap up my pop-up season at Cora//Evolet Eve. Saturday evening will be extra special because the lovely ladies at Evolet Eve have hand-selected flavors from my menu and curated perfect pairings for each one. I'll also have plenty of sweet treats to choose from, because its always a good time for a sourdough treat.

Don't drink? No problem! They have a wonderful selection of mocktails, coffees and teas to choose from!

If you live in Warrenville there's a good chance you've heard about the Warrenville Mercantile, a small business incubator program that encourages growth and community connection for local small business owners.
Now that we are getting closer to grand opening weekend, I am so excited to announce that you can find A Little Bit Feral in Shop #5 on select days this fall!
This is such a special opportunity for my bakery, and I am thrilled to be a part of the Warrenville Mercantile's inaugural season.

First up, ✨️ opening day ✨️

From 3p-7p you can come and connect with local small business owners like myself, and explore all that the Mercantile has to offer!

There is only 24 hours until I will be back at Evolet Eve & Cora Coffee for my monthly summer pop-up, and I have a fully stacked menu of sourdough goodies for you!

I will be bringing three brand new items, so here is a first peek at these delicious new treats 👀

✨️ Jumbo Kitchen Sink Cookies - Loaded with caramel bits, chocolate chips, pretzels and pecans and the perfect size for sharing with a friend or enjoying on your own.

✨️ Apple Cider Sweet Bread - The very first fall item to make an appearance this year and it is SO good you won't want to miss it! Made in small batches with fresh apples, apple cider, warm spices and finished with an apple cider glaze, its bringing the fall vibes that we are all ready for!

✨️ Mini Blackberry Brown Sugar Scones - Bursting with fresh blackberries and contrasted with the warm flavors of cinnamon and brown sugar, these scones are the perfect stepping stone from summer to fall.

I will also have freshly baked Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough, Roasted Garlic Rosemary Sourdough, and of course I'll have Classic Sourdough and my ever popular Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies.
It is one of the last days to grab Lemon Crinkle Cookies so if you loved those make sure you swing by or pre-order for next Thursday!
