As always I’m behind on sharing what’s been going out of my kitchen. How cute is this “one happy camper” set? Cookies, cake, and smash cake. That cake y’all, so delicious. Matched the theme perfectly. S’mores cake, graham cracker based cake with a chocolate ganache filling and marshmallow buttercream. Yummmmm! I have permission to share this sweet boy enjoying his smash cake! So cute!

WOW, what a week! I spent the last week in Orlando taking classes, learning new techniques, catching up with cookie friends, meeting new cookie friends, and just having a great time. Imagine my surprise when checking in and getting the program book my friends says, “oh my gosh, you have a cookie on the cover”! I was very excited and happy to see that, even though I thought it wasn’t the prettiest cookie I’ve ever decorated. Then I realized that I had 2 cookie photos in the slide show that plays on repeat through the entire conference. I’ll post more about my fun trip in coming posts!
