Downtown Waco's bistro + bakery, below Spice Village. At The Olive Branch, good fellowship always begins with good food. Owners Leah Stewart and Michael Carney honor that idea every day, and it still runs the room: fresh-baked breakfasts, a diverse lunch and dinner menu, homemade desserts, and specially blended coffees in the heart of downtown Waco. T·O·B Tonight brings chef-made dinner plates, warm bread from our own ovens, and a beer and wine list built for lingering. Bring someone, and we'll bring the bottle. Our catering brings the same kitchen to your office, event, or holiday. A power breakfast, lunch with co-workers, a dessert-and-coffee date, or a bottle of wine at supper: there's a spot at our table.

Friday nights are for STEAK NIGHT at The Olive Branch!

Last Friday, our guests enjoyed another delicious 3-course Steak Night special! From our Parmesan & Arugula Salad to our hand-cut Ribeye with Cowboy Butter and Loaded Twice Baked Potato, finishing with our homemade Key Lime Pie! 🍽️

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the evening special!

Another Friday, another delicious 3-course dinner at The Olive Branch!

This past Friday, our guests enjoyed:

🥗 Starter: French Bistro Salad with house-made Shallot Dijon Vinaigrette.

🥩 Main Course: Hand-cut 8 oz filet topped with Béarnaise sauce, served with grilled asparagus.

🍓 Dessert: Fresh Berry Tart.
