I don’t think I’ll ever get used to seeing this. 🥹
A refrigerator packed full of dough… bagels, artisan loaves, sandwich loaves, hamburger buns… and tomorrow, a bread rack that will be completely FULL.
There was a time when this was just something I dreamed about.
Something I did because I loved baking. Something that started over a decade ago with a sourdough starter, a little flour and a lot of trial and error.
And now I open my refrigerator and see orders from people who chose ME to bake their bread.
That hits me in the heart.
Because every loaf means someone trusted me.
Every bagel means someone came back.
Every order means someone thought my baking was worth spending their hard-earned money on.
I know I say “thank you” a lot… but I truly don’t know if those two words will ever be enough.
Thank you for supporting my small business.
Thank you for sharing my posts.
Thank you for telling your friends and family about me.
Thank you for coming back.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to do something I genuinely love.
This isn’t just a refrigerator full of bread.
To me, it’s a reminder of how far this little dream has come. ❤️
Tomorrow I’ll be tired. 😂 BUT I’ll be standing there looking at a full bread rack…
…and feeling incredibly, overwhelmingly grateful.
From my kitchen to your table — thank you for letting me bake for you.
