Tonight Barrett has a banquet for cross country. With working all week, I knew I needed something easy, so I went with a simple yellow cupcake with cherry vanilla buttercream and a spice cupcake with cream cheese buttercream topped with pecans.

Is there anyone who could possibly help me upload a few pictures to Google Drive? Barrett's cross-country banquet is Thursday, and I don't want him to be the only one who doesn't have any pictures for the slideshow, because his mom is clueless when it comes to electronics.

The pumpkin roll turned out so well😋. Is it perfect? No, I was making it for us, so I wasn’t worried about it being perfect. The taste is what matters to me, and it’s so good. My next one will have pecans. Look at all the cream cheese!

This morning, I'm meeting with a potential client for my cleaning business. Then, this afternoon, I told Barrett I would make him a pumpkin roll. With us having moved last fall, I didn't get a chance to make any pumpkin rolls, cookies, cocoa bombs, or any desserts, so I'm going to make time this year to make what he wants.

For a while, Barrett has been asking me if I could make him some puppy chow, but I just didn’t have the time. Since I took most of the week off, I decided to make him some this morning after I got dinner started. He’s still asleep, so this will be a nice surprise for him. I love this time of year when I get a chance to bake.

With it being fall break this week and having not scheduled many clients, I'm going to bake some Halloween cutout cookies for Barrett to decorate. It's been so long since I've made any cutout cookies. Maybe I'll even make a pumpkin roll or two😋😋
