I tried these pumpkin spice cream cheese-filled crumble buns today and… I am IN LOVE. 🎃🧡

Like, genuinely. The pillowy bun, the pumpkin spice, that creamy cream cheese filling and the crumble on top? It’s basically fall decided to become a pastry.

I took one bite and immediately thought, “Ohhhh, this is dangerous.” 😂

Now I’m sitting here thinking about an exit plan (who do I pawn these off to?) because i might consume the entire batch of these with a cup of coffee in the morning.

Sometimes you make something and think, “That’s pretty good.”
..and sometimes you make something and think, I NEED TO MAKE THESE AGAIN.

These are definitely the second kind. 🍂

What a GOLDEN day! ✨

Yesterday, the Gold Rush Festival in downtown Villa Rica was SO much fun! Thank you to everyone who stopped by, grabbed some cookies, said hello, laughed with me, and helped make the day so special.

You guys are such a fun part of my life, and I’m so grateful that I get to do this crazy little cookie thing right here in our town. ❤️

Thank you for helping me sprinkle a little more GOLD all over Villa Rica! ✨🍪

⛏️ GOLD RUSH WEEKEND IS FAST APPROACHING ✨

We are rolling into Gold Rush Festival this weekend and Villa Rica is about to be BUSY. 😏

We’re talking parades, races, live music, food, shopping, vendors, family fun, surprises and all kinds of gold-rushin’ shenanigans happening all over Downtown Villa Rica!

Naturally, we will be there with a bunches of cookies because we have no self-control when it comes to making dessert fun. 🍪

Come wander downtown, grab some food, shop local, enjoy the music, watch the action, bring the kids, bring your friends, and come see what all the fuss is about.

And whatever you do...

WAHOO WE ARE ON POST 4! (This means I actually sat down for more than two seconds FOUR TIMES)

🍌 BANANA PUDDING🍌

This one is pure Southern comfort, but if you've tried my Banana Pudding Cookie, you know that in true Cookie Hustler fashion, we gave it a little upgrade.

Inside is a rich, creamy Magnolia Bakery-style banana pudding that is so smooth and velvety with that classic banana-and-vanilla flavor we all know and love. Then it gets tucked inside a perfectly fried pie shell and finished with a sweet vanilla glaze and topped with our shop-made banana crunch for a little golden, crispy texture in every bite.

🍫🥜CHOCOLATE PECAN 🍫🥜

In my opinion, this screams classic - rich, nutty, and just the right amount of chocolatey.

Inside is a decadent chocolate filling with classic buttery pecan-pie richness. Then we finish it with a subtle chocolate glaze, just enough to bring out the chocolate without overpowering all that delicious pecan goodness.

Howdy. Grab a chair...I did! Here's two more!

🍓 STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE 🍓

Inside you’ll find sweet strawberry filling swirled with creamy cheesecake throughout, so every bite gets that perfect combination of bright berry flavor and rich, tangy cheesecake. She's then blanketed with a sweet strawberry-vanilla glaze.

🎃 BOURBON PUMPKIN 🎃

Definitely a favoe for me. This is stuffed with a warm, silky pumpkin filling loaded with cozy fall spices and a subtle bourbon note that makes the whole thing richer, deeper, and ridiculously delicious. Then we finished with a sweet vanilla-bourbon glaze that melts into all those warm pumpkin spices and adds the perfect little boozy-kissed sweetness. Don't worry - all of the alchohol is cooked off in the beginning of the process, so all that's left is a beautiful, toasty warmth. *We used Reformation Brewery Bourbon here. It's our fave!

Whew! Time to sit down and type...

🍎 SALTED CARAMEL APPLE. 🍎

This one shouts 'AS FOR ME, I'M AN AUTUMN'.

We start with a shop-made apple filling packed with tender apples and warm, cozy apple-pie flavor and swirl in sweet, buttery caramel for that rich caramel-apple goodness.

We’re not known to behave, so the whole thing gets finished with a sweet apple c***r glaze that brings a bright, fruity finish and ties the whole thing together.

❤️🤍RASPBERRY WHITE CHOCOLATE. ❤️🤍

This one is sweet, creamy, fruity, and just a little bit fancy.

Inside is a rich raspberry filling with bright berry flavor and just the right amount of tartness, paired with creamy white chocolate for a smooth, decadent finish.

Then we drizzle the whole thing with a sweet vanilla glaze and top it with delicate shredded white chocolate pieces for a little extra texture and a whole lot of pretty. Berries shout summer for me, so this is Summer's Last Hurrah.
