After having my baby in June, I didn't do a lot of baking. But I had to go all out for my daughter's fourth birthday! I like to use family birthdays to practice new skills, so when she asked for a girly dinosaur, I did what I could to deliver. So she wasn't so lonely on top of the cake, I added buttercream succulents and crushed cookies for dessert sand. Tell me what you think!

What kept you busy this weekend? For me it was this cute Blue's Clues cake for an even cuter birthday girl! Before delivering, my little one saw it and insisted on watch Blue all morning. I love that it's still a kid favorite!
