Do you know the children book “The Pigeon wants a puppy!”? Well, this is the face the pigeon makes when he sees the puppy! 😂
It was so fun “bringing to life” this great scene of the book and giving these characters a 3D presence!

The making of 3D sugar figurines is extremely time-consuming which factors into price. An alternative approach is to go with 2D characters/figurines - they still make the cake fun and memorable, but also may work better with one’s budget. I take the utmost pride in creating cakes where (almost always) everything is handmade and edible. This is my signature product!! 😉🎂
This cake was inspired by a childrens’ tv show called “Stinky & Dirty.” All around the cake there was “sugar dirt and garbage”. 😆 Definitely one of a kind!

It was my pleasure to make this cake for the launch of a children’s book called “Call me Penny Pickleberry” (by Meghan Grana), a book which helps kids manage childhood anxiety by learning to quiet their negative self-talk. We all know how Covid affected our children and this book is a precious tool to help our kids to understand what is going on and to overcome anxiety.
The cake reproduces the cover of the book and was all handmade and all edible.
It was fun to transform Penny into a 3D character! 🎂📚a

Once upon a time, there was a beautiful little girl who was the younger sister of a critically ill child. Therefore she had to remain strong, she had to help out and sometimes she received a little less attention because her big sister needed some extra care…
When her fourth birthday arrived, an old fairy baker 🧚🏼 🎂 thought that she deserved a magical cake that would create a positive memory because “Memories have magical powers…in fact, long after the cake is gone, the memories linger– memories of the art of the design, of the sweet smells of a special treat, of the smiles and laughs”, of a childhood experience that sometimes evades these children…
This Cinderella cake was all handmade and ALL edible…to donate a smile, to create happy memories and to spread love! ❤️🎂❤️

This *all edible* cake was made to celebrate a lady’s 40th birthday! The wood chips are toasted coconut flakes. The bottle is a real size bottle made out of fondant and the label, also edible, was personalized for my customer.
Oh, and the wood case is edible as well! 😉

This cake was created for one of my dear customers who moved to the UK and came back to visit. She wanted to celebrate her birthday here with her family and my cake! 🥰 How sweet is that?
Her mom wrote to me months before her visit with the description of the design for the cake. She wanted the dragon on top of the cake to be a sugar replica of a little stuffed animal the girl carries around on her backpack and she asked for the cake to be very girly!
Well, I think I nailed it since the girl didn’t want to cut into the cake to not ruin it and asked her mom to go and buy a grocery store one to serve to the guests! 😆❤️🎂

Pokémon cake….which character does your child like? These characters were a bit challenging to make out of fondant, but I think I was up to it. And after seeing the reaction of the b-day girl (and even her mom, more than her child 😆😆) at the sight of the cake, the challenge was so satisfying! 🎂😆🎂

Every holiday season, Santa Claus 🎅🏻rides the 1946 Maxim fire engine through all of the Town of Vienna’s neighborhoods. All the kids in town love to see him on board this vintage fire truck spreading holiday cheer!

Once upon a time, there was a little girl who was born in 2019. At the end of that year, an evil disease started spreading around the world and, when her first birthday arrived, she couldn’t have a celebration because everyone was locked up in their homes for the fear of spreading/catching the evil disease!
So her family postponed the celebrations to the following year in the hope the bad disease would have gone away.
Unfortunately the bad disease decided to stay a little longer, ruining again the plans of celebration for the little girl and for all the other people who were waiting to celebrate so many life’s achievements!!
Finally 2022 arrived and, although the bad disease was still around, it was a bit weaker and many people had received “shields” to protect themselves from it!
Therefore the little girl was finally able to celebrate her birthday! Her parents decided to get her the most magical cake. When the little girls saw the cake, a squeal of joy came out of her beautiful lips and that filled her parents’ hearts with happiness!
She had the most fun celebration. She loved taking off the ice cream cones that topped the castle turrets and she filled them up with chocolate mousse cake and share them with her little guests. She also got the keep the sugar princess figurine that topped the cake, as a memory of her fantastic birthday party!
She will in fact be able to save it in her room for a very long time just like a ceramic figurine!!
And they lived happily ever after!
This cake was all handmade, all edible! Required uncountable hours of work but I was committed to make it spectacular…because no child ever should be deprived of the joy of their celebration of life! ❤️🎂🥳❤️🎂🥳❤️🎂🥳❤️🎂🥳❤️🎂

THESE CAKES! These cakes are incredible! Not only did our cake look amazing, but it tasted phenomenal! I've never tasted cake so good. I ordered marble with chocolate filling. It was so moist and so hearty and so delicious. All of our guests were blown away by how good it was. And her artistry is amazing - she's so incredibly talented and creative, and it shows in her cakes! She contacted me every step of the way and made sure it was just what I wanted. She went above and beyond and put so much heart and soul into it. The fondant was incredible. She is a true professional, loves what she does - and it shows! THANK YOU so much for a truly special cake that we will have fond memories of for years to come.
