"Blimey Lemon Limey" Welsh Cakes - We rereleased this dreamy citrus cake to usher in the summer. The cake is flavored with natural lime citrus extracts and the dough is loaded up with with lemon baking chips and candied lemon bits. Topped with some lemon cuird and butter... it's a summer delight!

"Wheat Free/Vegan Black Currant Apple"
A brand new, never before released flavor for us. We use real pureed black currant to give the cakes their unique color and sweet berry flavor. We add tasty reall diced apple bits for added flavor. These are just great with some black currant preserves, you're going to love 'em!

Creamy Dream Cinnamon Welsh Cakes - We take our regular Cinnamon cake recipe and make it even Cinnamonier! First we double the cinnamon we put in it - then we add Double Devon Clotted Cream in place of some of the butter - that's the creamy part - Finally, and just because we can, we add heaping amounts of Cinnamon Baking chips, which are l.ike chocolate chips except they're cinnamon flavored. They're Dreamy all right!

Wheat-Free/Vegan Rum Raisin Welsh Cakes - To make this flavor, we start with Sunny California Raisins (regular and golden varieties) and we soak them overnight in Spiced Rum. We then add those PLUS any extra Rum that didn't soak into the Raisins. The cakes get a mellow Rum flavor. For those looking for a kick, we regret to inform you, the alcohol burns off during cooking - Rum turns into Yum (without the buzz!)

"Almond Joey Welsh Cakes" - Inspired by our favorite candy bar (guess which one) we flavor the cake with real coconut puree and extract and then add shredded coconut, chocolate chips and diced almonds... It's pure Joey, pure Joy!

"Holy Moly Rolo Welsh Cakes" - We flavor the cake with black cocoa, the chocolatiest cocoa there is. We then add caramel baking chips and little baby caramel-filled chocolates, some of which remain intact in the cake, some melt into the dough... Holy Moly is right!

"Butterfinger Welsh Cakes" - Peanut butter flavored cake with chocolate chips and pieces of actual chopped-up Butterfinger bars which, like our Rolo cakes, either melt into the cake or survive to be discovered intact by your tastebuds!

"Dulce De Leche" Welsh Cakes- Sounds Delish, eh? We make this popular flavor by flavoring our dough with a combination of table cream and caramel cream. We also add caramel baking chips. The result? A buttery, caramelly cake that melts in your mouth.

"Currant Currant and More Currant" Welsh Cakes (aka Currant Plus)
This is a brand new flavor for us, first of it's kind in 17 years of making Welsh Cakes. This flavor is very different from our traditional currant flavor - we used ALOT more currants and a couple of different types of currant. For the cake flavor, we use a combination of BLACK CURRANT PUREE and BLACK CURRANT CONSERVE. Giving the cakes a distinct fruity flavor and a neat purple color. BLACK CURRANT is not widely known in America. Brits will recognize Black Currant as "Ribena flavored" but to Americans who don't know what that is, it's a delicious fruity flavor, something like raspberry, blueberry and blackberry combined! Slightly tart, very fruity and sweet. Next, we also add Zante Currants - 20% more than we normally use so these cakes are just CURRANT loaded. If you like a fruit cake with zest and fruity flavor- you gotta try this one. Add a little Clotted Cream and Black Currant Jam (we offer both as extras in our combo boxes) and you will be smitten.

"Blimey Lemon Limey" Welsh Cakes - It's so nice to welcome back this refreshing Welsh Cake flavor. It's a citrus flavored cake with ample amounts of candied lemon peel and lemon baking chip. If you love any of our other Lemon inspired flavors (Lemonicious, Lemon Poppy, Creamy Lemon Dreamy, London Fog) you'll love this one. A limited time flavor.

"Blimey Cherry Limey" (Wheat-Free & Vegan) This is a brand new flavor for us - a citrus flavored cake, like Blimey Limey, but with little bits of candied citron and big, plump Montmorency cherries. It's an amazing flavor, even moreso with a little dab of Lemon Curd or Orange Marmalade.
