"Lemon-Fetti" Welsh C akes - we created this flavor as a variant of our popular "Fun-Fetti" flavor. It has always been our goal to have a stand-out booth at events. When we vend outdoors we use fully printed four-color Ez-Up canopies. Very few vendors have these because of the cost and we've never seen any who use the unique "pup-tent" style that we use. For indoor events, the industry norm is folding tables and vinyl banners, but that wouldn't work for us - not nearly stand-out enough. We use backlit signs and custom-made cabinetry because that's how we roll.

Behold our latest passion project - our third generation of indoor back-lit signs. We built this new set of signs, like all past ones, in our garage by hand, adapting the latest technology available. These new light-weight ceiling "troffers" are something I discovered while strolling in a Home Depot one weekend. Most people saw ceiling lights, I saw new signs. When I say we did it all, I mean everything - including designing and printing the artwork on our wide-format plotter, modifying the sign wiring (since these were never meant to be signs), and vinyl wrapping the frames (black looks better than white) - you name it, we did it all ourselves. The signs will be premiered at the Pleasanton Highland Games in September but you get to see them first!
