"Bara Brith" Welsh Cakes - The name Bara Brith literally stands for "Speckled Bread" in Welsh. It's a traditional fruit cake made by soaking lots of mixed dried fruits overnight in black tea. We mimic the recipe by soaking mixed peel fruit and currants in Glengettie Tea, its the most popular tea in Wales. In addition, these cakes contain our unique Bara Brith "Seven Spice" mix which gives the cakes their distinctive, festive flavor. Tea Soaked Mixed Fruit & Spices - Fall is here!

"Lemon-Fetti" Welsh C akes - we created this flavor as a variant of our popular "Fun-Fetti" flavor. It's a buttery-vanilla flavored cake, sort of like Birthday Cake, to which we add lemon baking chips and multi-colored sprinkles for a little visual pizazz. Its a delectable combination that hits the spot on a warm summer days. These can be topped with Lemon Curd or any type of Jam you like - they're really delicious,and as the Brits say "More-ish"

"Wheat Free/Vegan Black Currant Apple" Welsh Cakes - We outdid ourselves on this batch, doubling up on the black currant preserves. These cakes are soft, moist and oh-so tastey. Black Currant flavor is a very berry flavor, something like blackberry only sweeter. The apple bits take them over the top. Dab with some Black Currant jam and you'll be in Black Currant heaven.
