How do you roll? Frosting, no frosting, lots of frosting? I grew up with no frosting so occasionally I enjoy it plain, but I can never resist this cream cheese topping. I know, it needs way more frosting but this is how we roll in my house. Perfect size, perfect sweetness.

I experimented with the ingredients and technique in my pursuit of the fluffiest roll ever, and holy dough, I think I got it! Now if only I could remember what I changed.🤔
