HAPPY NEW YEAR 🎊🎆🎈

Wishing everyone a year full of love, joy, and abundance!

I had the honor of doing a custom order for family that couldn’t find what they were looking for in the big store bakery’s.
The request?
A Pittsburgh NYE Pretzel! 🥨
Don’t worry, I had to look it up too 😂
It is a GIANT sweet dough pretzel brought by German immigrants. It symbolizes good luck, prosperity, and health for the new year.
It’s evolved into a uniquely Pittsburgh tradition of sugary treats with cherries, nuts, or in this case SPRINKLES!

She was excited to have a bit of home with her on New Years, and I was so grateful that she trusted me with something that means so much to her 🫶

Get ready for a chocolatey surprise! 🍫These Masked Muffins are a delight! The best part is what’s hiding underneath the chocolate. 🫣

We used whole grain wheat flour instead of bleached white flour. 🌾
Packed them with zucchini for extra moisture. 🤌
And ditched processed sugars for banana sweetness. 🍌

The result?
An ooey gooey chocolate muffin that tastes so good you’ll think they’re bad for you. 🤤
