We wanted to share the passing of Peter Paul Uhlir. Owners Rachel and Sarah were very lucky to get to know Peter over the years. He loved stopping in to get bagels for the ladies and coffee. Peter will be deeply missed in the community. We will miss you Peter.

Our retail cooler has finally called it quits. We will have limited cream cheese available for just a little bit. New cooler is on order. Enjoy the open space while we have it 😍. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

You know you’ve made it as a boss when your high school employee takes the bus to your shop before school. When you ask them if they need a ride to school, they say yes please! You ask if they need breakfast too and let them make a sandwich. We dropped them off on time to school. We are so lucky to have such amazing staff and high school students who come to work every weekend at 7am. You can’t say that a lot about kids these days.

On Thursday we had the honor of sharing the bagel making process with this awesome group of middle schoolers. Mr. Q and the cooking club visited the bagel shop and we had the BEST time! Thanks for including us in this fantastic program 🤩!
