I didn’t bake this cookie(though it was quite tasty)...please join me & help support Partners in Torah Cleveland. The pandemic may have cancelled the monthly Schmorgs feeding body & soul, but it did not stop PIT Cleveland! Learning has continued with Torah study partners, a few fabulous special events like last night’s Pillars of Faith program (the video will be available soon if you’d didn’t have a chance to watch) & Tuesday night study sessions. We’ve discussed ancient Jewish queens, great fights in Jewish history, and 10 Steps to the New You, based on Rabbi Lord Jonathan Sacks’ “Ten Paths to G-d”. This month, 10% of all sales will go to help support the Mandel Jewish Community Center which has continued to support seniors in our community throughout the pandemic -- with meals and safe activities (just some of the amazing things they do!).

Chag Tu B’Shvat Sameach! It’s the Jewish New Year for trees. After the Temple was destroyed, the Jewish people could no longer bring the first fruits (bikkurim) to Jerusalem. On Tu B’Shvat we offer instead the “fruit of our lips” to praise G-d for all the fruit trees in the world.
