Top Tier Custom Cakes is still without electricity & internet service as of 4 am Friday 9/27 .We just got a little bit of cell service which is in and out as of right now,but not sure of how long this will last.With that being said if you have a cake order for this weekend.Please check your messages.Deposits are refundable in this scenario if you would like ,or we can reschedule your order for a another date to accommodate you.Thank you for your patience and understanding.I pray that all of your you and your families are safe at this time.
