Such beautiful bakes today!😍 Must be the combination of new AC, expanded baking studio space and the 50+ plants living in it🤭💆‍♀️

We are back after a long hiatus and I’m excited to share the upgrades I’ve made to my sourdough bakes that align more with my values!✨

🙅‍♀️ No refined sugars! Only organic coconut sugar, organic unrefined brown sugar and the unrefined cane sugar found in the chocolate chips!🤝

☝️More fresh milled flour! I upped the FMF in my signature loaf to 30% (I mill right before mixing) and rebranded her to Classic Country Dutchess!👑 Focaccias now also include 10% FMF and 100% fresh milled sandwich loaves are on the menu!

🤌Exciting flavors to come like Everything Bagel, Hearty Duke and Rye Sourdough!
