You may have noticed our exceptionally beautiful new pastry case. This was custom designed and crafted by our friend, local woodworker James Budak! We came to him very early in this moving process because we knew we wanted something special, and he certainly delivered. We were struggling with decision fatigue and general overwhelm, so we didn’t give him much to go on, just some size specs and a couple vague inspiration photos. He worked VERY hard to create a thoughtful design that fits perfectly in our new building and meets our needs to a T. An heirloom piece! Thanks again James!
