Come pick up our first ever Date Night package! Spring Lamb Shepherd’s Pie with sugar snap peas, leeks, and shallots. To pair with this, beautiful bottle of wine— Domaine d’Ansignan’s Grenache blend from high-altitude vineyards in Southern France. This wine is fruity, bright and pretty with just a little earth and spice to pair beautifully with the pie. We recommend serving the wine with a chill on it (throw it in the fridge for 45 minutes while the pie warms up!). For dessert: a build-it-yourself Lemon Olive Oil Cake with vanilla bean ice cream and a rhubarb mixed berry compote. All made here at Poorhouse Pies. Extremely limited, we will have these starting on Friday after 3:30pm. $75 for the combination. Grab it, go home and have a spectacular dinner.
