Hello and mid-winter greetings to you all! I will be having my right knee partially replaced on Tuesday and will therefore not be baking any delights for the next few weeks... I wish you all the best, enjoy the snow and beautiful nature of living in the mountains of Vermont! And I"ll keep you posted as to when Iron Gate Maple Delights is back up and running!
