The good news? You can pack more than you think in your carry-on. I brought organic applesauce and fruit puree pouches (just be mindful of liquid limits), plus an insulated lunch bag with a frozen ice pack to keep my homemade chicken wrap and boiled eggs fresh.
Travel days are stressful enough. The last thing I want is to worry about finding food that won’t leave me feeling miserable later. I’ve learned the hard way that being overly hungry often leads to choices I regret.
Now, I simply plan ahead.
A little preparation means I can enjoy the trip, feel my best, and arrive at my destination nourished instead of depleted. 🙌
