Good morning to our loyal customers and friends. We here at the Bakery hear there is a huge huge rumor about us shutting down as of today. Those stories are absolutely not true. We are here every day of the year for you, our customers, and we have no intentions of disappointing any of our customers. We are open seven days a week from 6 AM to 6 PM and every single Holiday as always. We appreciate the many many calls that we got to confirm that we are open and I have alerted all of our sales personnel to tell you the truth. We have been here for 90 years this year and there was no plan to stop working so they are absolute rumors and lies and unfortunately we don’t know who they are yet but I think we will find out soon. There is always a trail online. Just remember, there was no truth to us closing down. If you hear anything, let us know we will squash it. Thank you for your loyalty and your business.

Well, the children start school next week & Labor Day is less than two weeks away. Summer goes by so fast. However, we will be baking fresh everyday for you and back to school lunches & Labor Day Parties. All the goodies too.

Good morning everyone. Lately, because TV is so terrible. I have been watching YouTube quite often. Did anyone notice the story on classic white bread sliced? The claim was most of it is not really Bread!! they did an experiment with a slice by running it underwater squeezing it, and it came back like a sponge! And yes, that is not Bread. After 90 years, we know the finest natural ingredients are the best for flavor and texture. However, real Bread, as we all know, does not last long at all except in the freezer. Even our rolls in plastic bags after a few hours, get spongy and strange. We make no apology for that because there are no preservatives to hold it and it’s best to eat it quickly or put it into a Ziploc and into your freezer then you can enjoy it for days after that. That’s real Bread for taste and your body. We will never change our recipe ever that’s our promise to you.

Attention to our loyal customers! This is CARMEN, president of Italian people‘s bakery here in Trenton! I want to squash the constant rumors that we hear that the Bakery is closing or being sold on the Internet. We all know that most of the information online is absolute trash and this is one of them. My family has owned the company since 1936, a history of being there for you every single day of the year for 90 years straight. I’m sure a lot of companies would love to have our history, but they cannot because we love what we do which isn’t easy in the city of Trenton. So ignore the stupid comments that people make for no particular reason. You know who we are, and we will remain loyal to you or valued customer. Furthermore, it’s not easy making fresh bread every single day of the year, but it must be done because we put no preservatives in products. It’s the hardest way to operate, but the most rewarding.

Our hours on BUTLER STREET are seven days a week 6 AM to 6 PM and every holiday of the year. Thank you.

We saw that lots of our customers are getting plenty of rolls for a beach day in this beautiful weather! Remember BUTLER STREET has lunch meat to add to your order. There’s nothing easier than feeding your friends and family on the beach with fresh rolls and fresh lunch meats we are open 6 AM to 6 PM every day of the year to serve you. You won’t find a better Sandwich or Hoagie.

BTW, I always forget to mention that we use Grubhub & Door Dash on Butler Street to get you the goodies fresh as possible to you. Try it because it’s awfully convenient!
