After some much needed family travel and time off for illness, we are opening up orders this week on cinnamon rolls! Nothing like a nice, warm cinnamon roll on a Spring morning. Or if you are like us, morning or lunch or dinner or evening snack! 😂

For those new to our page, my mom has been a baker starting in her grandma’s kitchen as a kid. She baked for me growing up and then I found out I needed to be gluten free. She made it her mission to figure out how to bake everything I loved. Then we found out my daughter needed to eat gluten free, although not as sensitive, and then my mom. Holiday’s and birthday’s were really hard.

It’s been a dream for her to share her baking with others because she loves it so much and then finally came the cinnamon rolls! I can’t tell you how many times she tried to recreate her grandma’s recipe, but gluten free. This past summer she got it right!!! Not just good for a gluten free baked good, but good for even our pickiest gluten eaters in the family!

As I type this out tonight, I think of the generations before me that went without and those that don’t have to anymore with the improvements over the last 23 years since I went gluten free.

For 2026, we decided to branch out to some of her other family and friends favorites between our day jobs! Banana bread and no bake cookies have always been a hit. Of course, you can always message us if you have a request and we will do our best!

Whether you take a chance on us this go around or not, stick around! We love our gluten free community and can’t wait for all the fun 2026 will bring! ❤️

We were some lucky ladies tonight. Thanks to a friendly post by our friends at Topeka Celiac Support Group we found a couple boxes of the gluten free Cheez-its. It’s been 20 years for me, 15 years for mom, and 2 years for my daughter since we had a Cheez-it.

It’s possible I’m having Cheez-its for dinner! Isn’t it a great feeling when you have been without for so long and then find something amazing? Feeling that tonight 🥰. If only I had cinnamon rolls left to have one of those too 🤣

Hey Whiskers! (Went with Whiskers, it’s a vibe!) Thanks to a lovely group of people supporting us Fall 2025, we learned a lot!

Each Sunday, most weeks, we will post a menu for the week of what’s available. We will take orders until what we have is gone or until Wednesday evening. Pick up will likely be Saturday’s. This is a test drive process and we hope it works for us!

We want to offer more than just cinnamon rolls. Custom request are always welcome and we will do our best! Gluten free can be just as good or better.

Hey there my cinna-friends, aka Whiskers! As we get to the end of the year, it’s a time to reflect. There has been a lot of growth the last couple years that prepared us for this journey.

Over the summer, my mom Dee, the baker, perfected her cinnamon rolls. (I know they are good because mine never seem to make it to the freezer to save for later!) Up until that point she spent the last 20+ years mastering so many baked goods allowing us to get the same tasty treats the rest of the family had.

I know our journey in 2025 set us up for great things in 2026. We are excited to share with you our plans for 2026 as we learn to find that balance between family and business!
