Our sourdough starter is going on her 14th year! We have a CT cottage bakers licenses which allows us to bake from our home. Being a one-women baker operation, We are a VERY SMALL batch bakery. We try to keep things on a small sc
ale so we (yaiyai) don't get too overwhelmed and so that we can give you the best product possible. We also only bake on the weekends. The order form goes live Sunday morning and closes Wednesday evening-ish. Pick up is at our bread shed, typically on Friday afternoon after 4:30p but sometimes Saturdays or Sundays. It is a honor system - self serve- come when you can/want. The pick up date will noted on the weekly Facebook/Instagram posts, order form and confirmation email. When ordering for the first time, please enter an email address to receive all the pick up details. Also, please send me a direct message to establish contact after ordering.
