Last two or three weeks before it's baby time! That also makes it the last couple weeks for the summer time sourdough flavours...

Orders are now live for Sourdough Breads, Sweet breads (including mini muffins), and finally an updated listing of jams is up! All of the listings are available on Marketplace via my personal page. Links will go down in the comments in case that makes them behave better.

So far, I can make a sandwich at home with bread I've made, jam I've made (from things I've harvested myself or sourced locally as much as possible)... now I just need to start making my own peanut butter. Hopefully next year with my own home grown peanuts even. x]

The weather reporters said something about Autumn weather this weekend, so feels fitting to remind everyone that, while I won't have the full Autumn menu up until October, we consider pumpkin & spice a year round flavour here.

If you're not down for that, I still have all of the usual flavours and types of bread available too! Listing just went live for this week's bread preorders, so let me know if you're interested. We are likely down to three or four weeks at most before I'm on break for baby (likely around a month off, but I'll try to keep everybody updated) - but baking bread is a huge delight and enjoyment, so I'm going to go for as long as I can and come back as soon as I feel up to it.

It's finally bread time again! Just one post this week while I get back in to the swing of things.

Orders are now open for this week's sourdough bread drop! Sourdough runs on preorders and pickups will be Saturday o8/15 through Monday o8/17 at the times listed below. All orders need around 48 hours for processing as sourdough is a two plus day process.

I am located in North Central Toledo near the five points / Willy's neighbourhood - I will share my exact address when your order is ready or close.

Pickups will be Saturday 11a - 6p, Sunday 12p - 3p, or Monday 11a - 8p.

I made some very hefty loaves last week for a lovely gentleman and... forgot to get the pictures I wanted.

Orders are now open for this week's sourdough bread drop and muffins, focaccia, and more drop! All bread runs on preorders and pickups will be Friday o7/1o through Monday o7/13 at the times listed below.

As a head's up, there will be limited pickups next week (just late Saturday through Monday) due to an event I am vending. Details on that coming soon, but it'll be my first night market. o.0 Planning to bring jams and then bread or muffins, not sure which, and currently shopping for lights.

An update, changes in format going forward, and this week's links!

First, a lot of things have been going on the last few weeks and keeping me away from bread, but we're back this weekend!

From our preschool graduate officially starting his summer break to all of my appointments for baby number two, minor injuries, festival prep, my oven broke!!, then right when things could have gotten back to normal... the fridge died. It's been a heck of a couple weeks.

I was invited to vend with my jam and muffins at the Apollo's Basket Lavender and Honey festival this past weekend, and we couldn't have asked for a better day! Many many thanks to Meagan, the coordinator at Apollo's Basket, my lovely sister who kept my company and bagged many a set of jams, and my husband and son who worked their butts off carting the wagon around to help us set up. Our neighbors and the other vendors we met with were so kind and lovely and we had a slew of sweet and interested customer. I will have to take a minute to do a full inventory after this event as I sold out of quite a few flavours but also introduced a bunch of new ones as well, and then I will get a listing of jams posted.

I have two more events I am looking at in July currently, so I'll let you know if we might see you there!

On the note of a jam post, I will now be making three separate posts each week on marketplace to avoid the information overload that my current posts can be. The links to each will be shared here in one master post each weekend.
