Fika is a small batch, family owned, scratch bakery in Three Lakes, Wisconsin. We use only local, seasonal produce & high quality dry goods to create our European inspired recipes. Fika is a Swedish coffee break, more than a cup of coffee, it's an intentional break in the day for coffee & a sweet treat. We hope you'll come fika with us very soon! We'd also love to provide desserts for your next celebration or coffee & pastries for your next meeting. Give us a call to place an order.

After over eight wonderful years, it’s time to officially say goodbye to fika. Thank you for welcoming our family, watching our girls grow up, and allowing us the privilege to bake for you over the years. We’re so thankful for the conversations, memories and friendships made over coffee and kanelbullar. 🇸🇪

We aren’t going anywhere! Brandon remains a teacher and baseball coach in the Northwoods, Cecily is about to start junior high and Juniper is finishing first grade. Jacqui is full time at the Three Lakes Visitors Bureau, so stop in to say hello at the Welcome Center!

Keep an eye out for a new business popping up in the building soon and be sure to welcome their family as warmly as you welcomed ours.
