spring menu update!

welcoming the maple dijon green onion croissant to the l i s s i pastry spread! This pastry is made with local green onions, a house prepared honey dijon filling and a caramelized maple glaze.

To ensure that all pastries are made with Fresh and Local produce, the lissi menu shifts alongside the seasons. The jalapeños honey garlic croissant will pause during the spring and will return with the late spring/ early summer harvest.

The maple dijon green onion pastry will be available at my upcoming popup at midtown this sunday (3/29) from 9am to noon! see you so soon 🪿🌱

The gingerbread croissant is in!

a gingerbread filled and twice baked pastry: The gingerbread filling features a traditional pain d’épices spice blend that offers a unique depth of flavor, sweetened with local honey and organic brown sugar.

gingerbread, historically, was accompanied by honey. The predecessor to what we know as gingerbread today dates back to 1500 bc Egypt. A historical crumb trail of preserved spiced honey cake.

The gingerbread croissant will be available throughout the winter season beginning at my upcoming market at this Saturday 12/13 at 10am. See you all so soon! ❄️

A Copenhagen breakfast to complement the calm before the holiday. A slice of Lissi sourdough, house made raspberry jam, a smear of cream cheese, soft boiled egg and a slice of Gruyère. Heavenly.

Sourdough batards will be available at upcoming makers market on Saturday 12/13. Special orders of 6 or more croissants are always welcome by dm or email!

The word is in! Lissi is bidding fall flavors a fond adieu with one last round of fall pastry. As the season progresses we will welcome merry, Yule time offerings. Until then, find Lissi at Jingle and Mingle on Friday, November 21st. 6-9pm & at Mistletoe Market on Saturday, November 22nd. 6-8pm.
