My apologies that I was absent from Facebook in 2025. Will do better this year, I promise. To help me succeed my wonderful friends Kathleen and Doug from 2D1D Concepts created this unique serving tray. These delicious Lemon and Mixed Berry (Raspberry and Blueberry) Scones are a great way to start the day or a treat for afternoon tea.

Well summer is over and the kids are back in school.......

And yes, it's time to think CHRISTMAS 😲😆🎅🤶. We'll, perhaps just Christmas cakes because we need to get that delicious fruit in to soak. This process takes a couple of months so if you would like one of our delicious, traditional Christmas Fruit Cakes we are going to need your orders before Sept 15th!!

Is it too early for Hot Cross Buns? 🤔............it's never too early, lol.

Hot Cross Buns are a traditional Easter celebration bread in England. It's believed that these delicious buns date back as far as the 12th Century.

We love ours sliced, lightly toasted and then slathered with some good quality, salted butter (although unsalted will do in a pinch, lol)......and, of course, a nice cup of tea is essential 🫖☕️.

A very Happy St Patrick's Day to each and every one of you! May the luck of the Irish be with you today and all year long 🍀.

It has been soda bread and shamrock shortbread central here in the Scones & Such LLC kitchen! These soda breads weigh almost 2lbs, yes that's right, 2lbs of sweet and savoury deliciousness! It all smells fantastic! 😋

We've had several requests for our menu. Sadly, Facebook will not to allow us to upload the usual menu format that it allows on it's business pages so here are our menus in jpg format.

Please message, text or call (850-544-0659) for pricing. Because food prices are increasing and fluctuating so much at the moment we are not setting prices at this time (because we would have to set them high). Instead, we will quote prices based on the most up to date ingredients, raw materials and electricity costs at the time you place your order.

GLUTEN FRIENDLY FRIDAY

What a way to start the weekend.....someone is going to have delicious GF treats this weekend. These are our GF Lemon & Blueberry Scones and our GF Bakewell Tart.

Bakewell Tart is closely associated with Bakewell, a small town in Derbyshire, England. Our GF Bakewell is a divine GF shortcrust pastry shell which holds a generous layer of raspberry jam, almond frangipane and a crunchy topping of sliced almonds.

With a name like Scones & Such LLC it's probably obvious that we make scones 🤣.

We have traditional English scones in either plain, rich (with added raisins) or cheese varieties. Split / cut them in half then add your favourite topping......probably just butter on the cheese ones, maybe some butter and your favourite jam / preserves on the plain and rich ones (you could indulge in some clotted or whipped cream instead of butter if you're feeling extra decadent 😉).

We also have a range of buttermilk based flavoured scones.......lemon & blueberry, lemon & ginger, orange & cranberry, chocolate & orange, chocolate chip, double chocolate, white chocolate & cranberry, white chocolate & raspberry, chocolate & ginger, cinnamon walnut & cranberry. These scones are also available in a delicious savoury cheese & chive variety.

And, if that's not enough, we also have Gluten Friendly scones too.

Someone put the kettle on!!! 🫖☕️💜

Gluten Friendly Friday!!!

So, here at Scones & Such LLC we offer a variety of products with no gluten in the ingredients. Just to clarify, we are not Gluten Free (because our small, home based, cottage food business also produces items that do contain gluten!) but we are Gluten Friendly!

Some people have to be gluten free (due to medical reasons) but increasingly, many people are finding that they just feel better if the reduce or eliminate gluten from their diet. Well, whatever the reason, we should all still be able to eat yummy treats that bring a smile to our face, pleasure to our tummies and maybe a little drool when we think about our next bake 😋.

Yesterday's Gluten Friendly bake was an Apple and Cinnamon Loaf.....delicious crisp apples, swirls of cinnamon sugar and soft, moist, buttery bread / cake. Great for breakfast or serve warm with some ice cream for a tasty dessert!
