May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

Sometimes the best therapy comes with four paws, a wagging tail, and unconditional love. I was so excited to create these special sugar cookies inspired by our favorite therapy dog Fee who brings smiles, comfort, and calm to everyone at City Hall. 🐾

A little kindness, a listening ear, and a furry friend can make a bigger difference than we realize. Here’s to supporting mental wellness, spreading compassion, and appreciating the everyday heroes — both human and canine — who help brighten hard days.

And honestly… cookies help a little too. 💚✨

Whew… the past month has been a SWEET whirlwind over here at Sugar Gnome Bakery! 🍪✨

From birthdays to graduations, thank-you treats to custom celebrations, the cookie orders have been keeping my mixer spinning and my icing bags full! 💕

Late nights, lots of Alani drinks, endless sprinkles… and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Thank you to every single person who trusted me to be part of your special moments this past month. Your support means the world to this little cottage bakery! 🫶

Now excuse me while I wash *approximately 47 cookie cutters* and gear up for the next round of sweet creations. 😅🍪✨

Cake flights ready to hit the road!

More sweet treats are rolling out the door for tomorrow’s Kountry Junkin' Show at the Barnett Arena in Rapid City. Early birds at 8:30am and general entrance at 10am.

Tomorrow’s menu includes sugar cookies, chocolate chip cookies, ultimate chip cookies and cake flights (vanilla, chocolate, lemon and strawberry crunch). 😍😍😍

It’s been a busy week over here at Sugar Gnome Bakery 🍪✨

Between mixing, baking, and decorating, I’ve also started my 3rd Freida McFadden audiobook (and I’m officially hooked 👀📚). There’s just something about a good thriller that makes the time in the kitchen fly by!
